Leadership: Leadership refers to the capability of the individual in order to lead the team or individual to achieve a success effectively and efficiently. According to John Katter leadership is about the initiative of change. According to Dwight D â€Å" Leadership is the act of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it†. Leaders are those kind of individual who took the initiate and influence other to follow in order to work as a team so that they can reached to the final destination. Leader is the one who set direction, build an inspiring vision and develop idea to make change through group effort. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MANAGERS AND LEADER: In order to achieve goals, organization should have a good, strong manager and leader to get their team to do their work more accurately and effectively. Though leader and manager both have the same mission that is to achieve organizational goal but the way they do take action in order to achieve success is different. The major dissimilarities between the leader and manager are the way they influence, motivate other people to accept their vision to get success. Manager set the planning as bound by the organizational polices and rule, he is able to set vision due to his position manager always try to achieve the
